This is one of two mini-albums made out of songs written and recorded during the annual February Album Writing Month event (fawm.org) - you have 28 days to write 14 songs, just for the hell of it.

'The Queen Of Salt And The Sergeant' is kinder than 'Kind'. More likely to put a penny in the well. More wistful than furious. More bittersweet than bitter.

The title track is the heart of it - metal and Northern Soul collide in a way which will probably make fans of both angry. Tough luck. Give in, and sing along. Come on.
